Andile Mpisane made headlines on the music award’s pre-event where he stunned the audience with his incredible dance moves most people had no idea he could pull. On the 16th of December 2021, Andile Mpisane, as a nominee, attended the award ceremony in Baseline Newtown, and he won the first Best Kwaito Music Video Award. Andile went to the stage wearing a very relaxed outfit and gave his acceptance speech. In the speech, Andile thanked the people who supported him, especially the Gqom duo, which hit us single Omunye Distraction Boys.
Andile Mpisane’s musical career
Andile will one day succeed his parents in running and managing their business empires. He has been given a taste of the power and responsibilities awaiting him ahead as he was assigned the role of Chairman in the scooter team’s Royal AM board. Andile followed his ambition by pursuing a musical career in KwaZulu Natal Province’s most notable genre Gqom and Durban Kwaito. Andile has constantly been working on perfecting his musical craft and has released just under ten singles since 2019. Andile has friends in the music industry with similar goals and interests. One of them is the mother of his two biological children Dj Sithelo whose real name is Sithelo Shozi.

Shauwn Mkhize became Dr Shauwn Mkhize as she received an honorary doctorate this year. Andile, his youngest child and his mother Dr. Shawun Mkhize graced the cover of the December issue of True Love magazine. Andile Mpisane purchased two luxury cars worth millions of days apart to close off the year. On the 16th of December, Andile Mpisane won the first Best Kwaito Music Video Award. The soccer team Royal AM is showing steady growth and can be one of the best teams in the PSL in 2022.
