We finally see the queen that gave birth to our African queen Makhadzi. Makhadzi shared her moment of immaculate glory with her mother during the Kokovha sneaker launch, and it was indeed a remarkable sight to see. The sneaker line has bright colours derived from the elaborate prints of the Venda culture, and both Makhadzi and her mother has hints of the traditional wear in their clothing. Makhadzi cannot forget about her roots as she also built her mother a mansion when she became a successful singer. Makhadzi and her mother have a close relationship as she speaks about her as a person with heavy attribution to her success. They were seen happy and hugging during the sneaker launch. The mother was also next to Makhadzi when she gave a speech about her appreciation for the support and attendance during the event.
Makhadzi’s 2021 success
Makhadzi is currently the highest streamed South African female artist on the Swedish music site called Spotify. Her songs from her most recent album in 2021, called African Queen, are on high rotation in events and the radio. Makhadzi bought her fourth mansion this year and signed the R 120 000 000 Kokovha sneaker deal. Fans across the continent can not get enough of her as she gets booked for gigs in South Africa’s neighbouring countries like Botswana, Zimbabwe and Lesotho.

Personal life
The star remains one of the most humble public figures in South Africa, deciphering her amount of success. Makhadzi touches turn to gold and she’s one of the most sought-after musicians in the Southern African region. She’s currently in a romantic relationship with the global hitmaker Master KG, and their association looks pretty cosy these days. Recently Makhadzi got blasted on an Instagram live video by the singer Babes Wodumo accusing Makhadzi of being unhygienic and going after her husband, Mampintsha. Babes didn’t apologize for these words, but Makhadzi handled the issue with grace and didn’t even comment on it. Makhadzi is truly one of her kind and big things are still coming for her.
