Rapper KTS Dre Dies after being showered with more than 64 bullets just after his jail release
US rapper KTS Dre was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital after he was showered with a hail of bullets. The incident happened a few minutes after he was released from jail. However, when the shooting happened it has been established that the Chicago rapper was in the company of a 60-year-old woman.
The woman is reported to have suffered a gunshot on the knee. Well, it was also established that a lady nearby was grazed by a bullet on her face both survived.
The 31-year-old was jailed in April for a bail violation in connection with a felony gun case. The rapper was shot tens of times on Saturday, July 10. The police have since indicated that he was killed in a planned attack. The hitters who opened fire on him when he walked out of Cook County Jail are still to be identified.
His shooting is said to have sparked a lot of debate not only in Chicago but the US at large. According to Abc7, the rapper-born Londre Sylvester was with a 60-year-old woman when a car pulled up, and two men started firing dozens of gunshots.

According to the news outlet the incident happened after his fiancee posted his successful bail application. The rapper was also struck heavily in the face and chest. Reports have it that the woman he was with was confirmed to be in good condition after medical attention.
Account to Fox2 Detroit, the rapper’s KTS initials mean Kill To Survive, a phrase he also tattooed on his neck and added a target symbol. Dre was reportedly identified as a certain gang member, and no arrests were yet to be made. The 31-year-old was jailed in April for a bail violation in connection with a felony gun case. He was to return to court on July 27, 2021.
Since December, the late was also said to have been under house arrest with a GPS Monitoring device attached to him. However, his death comes a few months after rapper Martell Derouen, popularly known as Kardone, died from a gunshot wound.
However, the 34-year-old was said to be singer Beyonce’s cousin. His body was found by San Antonio police inside his apartment in central Texas, where he was living. The police conducted a welfare check within the area after an unnamed person reported him missing.
