Anele Mdoda is set to host a new talk show on DSTV’s new channel, Honey. The host takes her place alongside Pearl Umeh from Nigeria, Rachel Wakesho from Kenya, Zanna Katoka from the DRC, and Davina Mavuwa from Zimbabwe.

However the channel broadcasts in all key African regions including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Namibia, Botswana, Malawi, Zambia, Angola, Mozambique, Tanzania, DRC, Cameroon, and South Africa.
Anele’s media career has been on a steady rise these past few years. She is also a radio show on 947. Last year just after the beginning of the lockdown, the media personality used her show to raise money for pregnant women. The radio show managed to raise more than R200k. The personality was also off the air for a bit last year when she contracted COVID-19.
