Video: Suspended eThekwini City Manager caught pants-down with friends wife
Well, he is not new to scandals and drama. Of late he has seen himself becoming unpopular after he was implicated in several fits of abuse of office accusations. From daring sexual scandals to money laundering.
Embattled former eThekwini city manager Sipho Nzuza has found himself in another scandal.

The married man seems no stranger to controversy and this time he was caught having quality time with the wife of a friend. The video viral video has since flooded social media platforms. No doubt the video got Mzansi talking.
In a video doing the rounds on social media, Sipho was busted at a lodge while in the middle of the adulterous affair. Rumour has it that the former City Manager was bashed and left for dead. He was beaten to a pulp and is currently nursing wounds.
To those who might not know the latter, Nzuza is one of the accused in the R320m Durban Solid Waste (DSW) corruption and fraud matter.

He was arrested in March last year and granted R50,000 bail with conditions that prohibited him from rendering his accounting officer duties to the city.

His failure to petition the court for relaxed bail conditions has compelled the city to grapple with the consequences of him drawing a salary while he does not work.
However little is known about the woman in the viral video. Sipho Nzuza, who is one of the accused in the R320m Durban Solid Waste corruption and fraud matter, has been barred from going back to work.
In the wake of the viral video, it has been established that Nzuza appeared before the courts recently. Durban regional court magistrate Garth Davis dismissed his application on Tuesday for a relaxation of bail condition and imposed even harsher conditions in a lengthy ruling in which he detailed why he did not believe Nzuza should be allowed to sit in the city’s accounting officer chair until after the criminal trial is over.

Nzuza and his co-accused, including former mayor Zandile Gumede, have been served with indictments to appear in the Durban high court and a date for the trial is expected to be set later this year.
Nzunza handed himself in on the 10th of March 2020 and joined the former eThekwini Mayor Zandile Gumede in an ongoing tender corruption case related to awarding of work to contractors for a 2016 Durban Solid Waste tender.
It was also revealed that the amount of irregular expenditure due to a conspiracy between senior city officials and service providers around the tender was R430 million.
