Just when we thought Tshedza Productions couldn’t shock us any more, the production company has pulled two rabbits out the hat.
The big news is, 1 Magic’s The River has been renewed for a 4th season. 4 seasons of Lindiwe Dikana mess. You can’t help but love it. The season is set to debut at the end of February 2021.Right next to that is the next big The River news. Sindi Dlathu who plays Lindiwe Dikana is taking on a bigger role in the soapie. Sindi Dlathu is about to be The River’s Co-executive producer. Yep you read that right. Sindi Dlathu, The River’s Lindiwe Dikana, Madlabantu is set to be season 4’s executive producer!
What a money move for The River’s Lindiwe Dikana. From being The River’s highest paid cast member to being the soapie’s Co-Executive producer. Sindi will be working alongside Bonga Percy Vilakazi who will be filling in the big shoes that Phathu Makwarela previously wore. In a tweet, Phathu joked about how people can now bother someone else. However there is no word on what the master scribe will be working on or his role in the soapie. The details are still sketchy…However, we can’t wait to find out what Sindi Dlathu and Bonga Percy Vilakazi bring to the telenovela. We are pretty much sure though that Sindi Dlathu will be bringing all the flames we can imagine on and off screen.

*Sindi Dlathu has a very wealthy history in regards with her acting history. She played Thandaza on SABC 2’s Muvhango for as long as we can remember.
