Tanzania President has shocked the whole world when he went against banning of gatherings.He ordered churches and mosques to remain open.
“These Holy places are where God is. My fellow Tanzanians, let us not be afraid of going to praise Him,” he said
Magufuli took the Holy Communion on Sunday when he attended church. “Corona cannot survive in the body of Christ, it will burn. That is exactly why I did not panic while taking the Holy communion,” he said while the congregation cheered.
Magufuli has been on the receiving end from opposition political parties who thinks Magufuli must not go against science. “Let’s not argue with science,” opposition leader Zitto Kabwe said.
Social media has also blasted him calling him an extremist.
Magufuli is known to be hard headed. He is often criticized for going against democratic practices. He is also praised for his strong stance in fight against corruption.
