The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed that the new champions will walk away with a staggering USD7 million — around R117 million. The runners-up will pocket USD4 million (R67 million), while each semi-finalist is guaranteed USD2.5 million (R42 million).

- Round of 16: USD800,000 (R13 million)
- Group stage third place: R11 million
